SHIPPING POLICY

Luscious Locks ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic and international packages are shipped via Hermes + Royal Mail International respectively. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

PROCESSING TIME 

The normal processing time for orders is 1-2 working days during the week (Monday to Friday). All items are handmade, so please note that these processing times may vary. Due to an influx of orders and the COVID-19 pandemic, please allow additional time for processing.

SHIPPING TIME

After your order has been shipped and you have received confirmation, delivery time within the United Kingdom is 2-3 working days, 3-5 working days within Europe and 6-7 days internationally. Please keep in mind that this may vary during holidays and peak times

Standard - (Royal Mail 2nd Class) 2-3 working days
Standard Tracked - (Hermes Tracked) 2-3 working days
Express - (Royal Mail 1st Class) 1 working day
Express Tracked - (Royal Mail Tracked 24) 1 working day

TO EUROPE

Standard - (Royal Mail International Standard) 3-5 working days

 SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders (within the UK). Shipping charges vary by destination and service, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

CUSTOMS

Luscious Locks is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Royal Mail or Hermes to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.
